5. How to receive your tickets
How to receive your tickets depends on your flight tickets’ type. For details, refer to the explanation below. |
A. Air tickets only
We complete the issue of your air tickets after confirming your payment.
Instead of sending the air tickets, we will send your air ticket claim number by e-mail or FAX around 10PM on the date when we confirmed your payment.
Input your ticket claim number into an automatic check-in machine in the airport to receive your air tickets.Please note that some of the air tickets for JAL are not applicable to this automatic check-in machine. For these tickets, we sent the tickets to you by mail.You can check how you can receive your tickets in the flight bill.

B. ANA Package Product
For ANA Package Product, all of the air tickets are available in the airport on your departure date.A note with your ticket claim number will be sent to you by e-mail or FAX about 4 days before your departure date.Please input your ticket claim number into an ANA automatic check-in machine in the airport to receive your round trip tickets.You can check in at the reserved hotel only with your name. |

JAL Package Product for round trip leaving from Tokyo
For JAL Package Product for round trip leaving from Tokyo, air tickets are available with ticket claim note in the airport on your departure date.On the date when you applied for the package product, we sent you the flight bill and the ticket claim note. Please bring the note to the JAL check-in counter for group tour at Narita Airport on departure date.Air tickets and coupon for hotel stay are available at the JAL check-in counter with your ticket claim note. |

JAL Package Product for round trip leaving from cities other than Tokyo
A note with your ticket claim number will be sent to you by e-mail or FAX about 4 days before your departure date.Input your ticket claim number into a JAL automatic check-in machine in the airport to receive your round trip tickets.You can check in at the reserved hotel only with your name. |
