About occurrence of cancellation fee

The following will be the details on the cancellation fee.

Air tickets Air Tickets: Air tickets are issued after your payment within indicated payment due date. Cancellation fee occurs after your payment. 1. "Tokuwari1", The cancellation fee 2,500 yen per one flight. 2."Tokuwari7", The cancellation fee 4,000 yen per one flight. 3."Hayayasu28",The cancellation fee 50% per one flight. 4.The cancellation after the flight departure,it's the same charge to the regulation of airlines. # The cancellation commission of 1,500 yen per one flight besides a cancellation fee.

Package Product Cancellation fee occurs immediately after we have secured your seats and hotel, which means even when your payment for Package Product has not been made, cancellation fee will be charged to you. 1. The cancel before 21 days the departure, no cancellation fee. 2. 20 - 8 days before the departure, no cancellation fee 20%. 3. 7 - 2 days before the departure, no cancellation fee 30%. 4. The day before of the departure, no cancellation fee 40%. 5. The cancel before the departure in departure day,no cancellation fee 50%. 6. It takes cancellation fee of 100% for the cancellation made after the flight has left.

Our office hours Request for cancellation of your flight is receivable only during our opening hours. Refundment Procedure for refundment starts only after having received your request.Please note that cancellation fee is going to be deducted from your already paid flight ticket price. The refundment fee will be transferred to your requested bank account.It takes about 1 week after your request for cancellation till refundment fee is transferred to your requested bank account. When your air tickets are already with you When your air tickets are already with you, please send us your tickets within 5 days after your departure date.This is because of air tickets' cashability.Procedure for redundment starts only after having received your air tickets. Package Product As for Package Product with air tickets and hotel stay, any change of your flight is impossible after having secured your seats.Please note beforehand that when there is any change of your flight, cancellation fee occurs according to our cancellation policy. When you cancel flights for some members of your party. Air tickets Cancellation fee occurs according to our cancellation policy. Package Product In principle, cancellation fee occurs. Changes in your room reservation could result in occurrence of extra fee. For instance, staying at a room with twin beds without your party, extra fee might occur according to hotel’s room availability. When your flight has been delayed Air tickets Refundment by flight delay conforms to cancellation policy of an airline company. Please contact us before your departure time if possible. Package Product In principle, refundment is possible.Staying at your reserved hotel and boarding your return flight is possible even when you have missed your flight from departure place. Please note that refundment might be possible at an airline company’s discretion when a proof of delay issued by public transportation is with you. When your flight has been cancelled When your flight has been cancelled or delayed dramatically by bad weather and you have no intent to board your flight or alternative flight, in principle, full refundment of your payment is possible. Please send us your air tickets and a proof of delay issued at a check-in counter in the airport. Please note that when your flight from your destination has been cancelled, from 20% to 30% of your payment will be refunded.This is because the ticket price for flight from departure place and the price for hotel stay are deducted from your payment.
