How to purchase air tickets

Please complete payment by due date. Please make sure that you have checked your flight detail and our cancellation policy in the flight bill before payment.

Your seats will be formally secured after your confirmation of flight details and our cancellation policy.Please read through your flight bill.For characteristics of Package Product, cancellation fee based on our cancellation policy will occur immediately after we have secured your seats and hotel stay even when your payment is not completed.

Please make a payment only when the content in the flight bill sent to you by e-mail or FAX is agreeable for you.When there is no payment, your secured seats will be automatically cancelled after payment due date.

You can make a payment through our Mitsui Sumitomo Bank account or at a convenient store. Please complete your payment by due date indicated in the flight bill.
